Welcome to PromptLibrary ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By registering an account or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

PromptLibrary is a UK-based website that lets users browse, share, and discover AI prompts for tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and others. Basic use of the site is free.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. User-Submitted Content

When you post a prompt, image, or other content ("User Content"), you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute your User Content on the site for as long as your account or content remains active.

We reserve the right to remove any content, at our discretion, that we believe is unlawful, infringing, spammy, offensive, or otherwise breaches these Terms.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: post illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; infringe intellectual property rights; upload malware or attempt to disrupt the site; impersonate others; or use the site for spam or fraudulent purposes. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules without notice.

5. Coins & Premium Prompts

Coins are a virtual currency that can be purchased with real money and spent only within PromptLibrary to unlock Premium Prompts. Coins:

• have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money;
• are non-refundable once credited to your account, except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law;
• may be adjusted, corrected, or removed by us if awarded in error or obtained fraudulently;
• have no guaranteed availability — we may change coin prices or packages at any time.

When you spend coins to unlock a Premium Prompt, an equivalent number of coins is credited to the original poster's account balance as an internal reward. This is not a cash payment and cannot be withdrawn as money.

6. Payments

Coin purchases are currently processed manually: you send payment via the method shown on the Buy Coins page and submit a payment reference, which we verify before crediting coins. Please ensure you provide accurate payment details — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect references.

7. No Warranty

The site and all prompts are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a particular result when used with any third-party AI tool, and we are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Midjourney, or any other AI provider mentioned on the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptLibrary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of coins due to account compromise resulting from your own failure to keep your password secure.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
